Shipping & Returns
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. All items will be delivered via Australia Post. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.
SHIPPING COSTS

INCORRECT ADDRESS
It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for your order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we will not refund your purchase or replace the goods.
RETURNS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for change of mind.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@iseeyarashies.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. A postage and handling fee of $10 will be deducted from the refunded amount. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
EXCHANGES
We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. Exchanges are subject to a $20 postage and handling fee, for which payment is required prior to the initiation of any exchanges.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To start an exchange, you can contact us at hello@iseeyarashies.com.au.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
